Use of Chord on String 1234

The chords of string group 1234 are especially suitable for accompanying pieces of music in which low instruments such as double bass or electric bass play a leading role. Because of the guitar chords in the high register, there is plenty of room for the bass to play its role without interference. This type of chord is therefore particularly common in funk and reggae. But it also cuts a good figure in dense arrangements and is assertive in any jamtrack thanks to its slim shape.
