Intervals of the 3-Notes-per-String Harmonic Minor Scale

The structure of the harmonic minor scale corresponds to the intervals root (1), second (2), minor third (m3), fourth (4), fifth (5), minor sixth (b6) and major seventh (j7). A distinct fingering is formed from each of these seven notes and named according to harmonic mode I-VII. To move such a pattern to a key other than A harmonic minor, use the transposing table.
